White Pine Blister Rust?

Just wanted to double check, is this white pine blister rust?  Also, it appears that the heavily infected branch goes all the way to the trunk. Based on the UW factsheet, is it likely that the entire tree is infected and should be taken down? The tree is about 3′ tall. Thanks!

Woody plant ID

A client found this leaf and is wondering what it is. It’s about 7.5″ across, leaf margin has blunt teeth, and the petiole is completely flat at the point where it connects to the leaf blade. Any guesses?

Woody bush with berries ID

Anyone know what this is? It is growing in between lilac bushes in a client’s yard. She said that they have a lot of birdfeeders so she wasn’t sure if the seeds came from that. The owner is mostly concerned whether the berries are poisonous. Thanks!
