Prickly Ash or Black Locust?

Had an individual email pictures of a bush with thorns and wants to identify and find a control option. Found in their woods in Adams County. Looking for help confirming species and for a control option. They have counted 13 +/- leaflets on one branch. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Water Hemlock?

Gardener transplanted ferns to  garden while landscaping. Now she thinks she has Poison Hemlock growing in garden. They roto-tilled. Agronomic Weed Id

This plant found growing thickly in a soon to be tilled corn/bean field.  The flower has 5 petals and a purplish tinge.  Any suggestions as to ID would be much appreciated. Thanks!  C. Saxe
