Evergreen sudden death

Homeowner with 20 year old trees, (claims to be white pine, look more like spruce to me).  Tree’s along the property line all appear to be dying, elsewhere in the yard are health.  All tree’s appeared healthy in 2016.   Concerned about herbicide drift from neighboring field.

Bacterial Canker in Cherry???

Is this bacterial canker in cherry.  Fruit is affected.  Starts with brown spots, eventually dries up the entire cherry.  Spur growth is dead and dried up.  It is almost like the dead leaves are glued in a certain direction.  And there is a gummy ooze coming from the branches.  Leaves look good.
